This 1970s home had an ensuite that desperately needed an upgrade. The shower was the size of a phone booth. When the furnace was replaced with a high efficient one it made it possible to increase the shower by recovering the chimney space. The vanity and medicine cabinet were enlarged to give more storage and the vanity’s unique shape resulted in new drawer space. Another unique feature is the curb less shower. A section of floor beneath the shower was dropped to allow the new tile shower floor to become flush with the surrounding bathroom floor.
